Frontier models from Google and Anthropic — guardrailed by 18 years of running real Google visibility campaigns for businesses locally and abroad.

Core philosophy

You are Batman.
I am Robin.
Nova is the toolbelt.

The internet in 2026 is automation-first. Search engines, ad platforms, analytics tools, AI assistants — every one of them makes millions of micro-decisions about your business every second. Some serve you. Plenty serve the platform.

My job isn't to fight that. It's to feed the right signals in, read what comes back, and protect you from the recommendations that exist to grow a platform's revenue rather than your business.

The work is mine. I do the analysis, I make the calls, I write what goes out, and I answer for all of it. Nova is what I consult along the way — the standards, the workflows and the guardrails I built around frontier AI models. I didn't train the models; I built everything around them, out of 18 years of what actually works for businesses across continents.

I consult it. It doesn't consult me. What it really buys me is time — and the time goes straight back into the work. Most work gets reworked about five times before it goes out, because a sixth round costs money. I don't count mine. I stop when I'm proud of it, not when the budget says to — you only ever see the one that came out the other side.

Robin and Batman applies here. You are the hero. Nova and I are the support team. Every recommendation, every change, every report serves your outcome — not the platform's revenue target.

Why this works

I do the work. Nova is what I consult.

The strategy, the judgement and the final call are mine, and so is the accountability. Nova is a second opinion I built myself: research pulled together in minutes, an idea tested before I spend a day on it, checks I would otherwise run by eye. It never decides anything. What it gives back is time — and the time goes into your account, not into a discount.

What makes it mine

The models are rented. The method isn't.

Anyone can open the same AI tools I use. Your competitor could have them by this afternoon for the price of a subscription. What they can't buy is the eighteen years underneath mine.

Nova runs on standards I wrote down myself — how a campaign gets structured, what a report may never claim, how a page is built so Google and the AI assistants can both read it, and what has to be checked before anything reaches you. Every rule came off a real account: something that worked and I kept, or something that went wrong once and never will again.

So when Nova helps, it isn't offering an opinion of its own. It's applying mine — faster than I could apply it by hand. Nova is the horse. I'm the jockey.

Where it helps

Five places AI earns its keep in my work.

Specific use cases. Specific outputs. Each one with a specific guardrail attached — so you know exactly where the human hand stays on the wheel.

01 / 05

Data analysis

Pulling patterns out of GA4, Search Console, and Merchant Center data takes hours by hand. With AI in the loop, I spot anomalies and trends in minutes — and bring you findings instead of raw numbers.

Guardrail: your account data runs on enterprise tools with proper data agreements. Never copied into public AI prompts.

02 / 05

Web design & development

Faster wireframes. Cleaner code. Component variants explored in minutes instead of hours. AI helps me move from idea to working layout quickly — without trading off how the final site behaves on real devices.

Guardrail: nothing goes live without human review. AI writes drafts. I am the editor.

03 / 05

Technical SEO checks

Schema validation, structured-data audits, internal-linking analysis at scale. AI catches the things humans miss when scanning hundreds of pages by eye — across an entire site in one pass.

Guardrail: every flagged issue gets verified before it lands in your action list. AI suggestions are starting points, not facts.

04 / 05

Ad copy & headline variants

Performance Max and Responsive Search Ads want dozens of headlines and descriptions to test against each other. AI generates the long tail of variations. I curate the shortlist that actually fits your brand and your offer.

Guardrail: every line that goes live gets my eyes on it first. Generated variants are inputs, not outputs.

05 / 05

Scripts, tags & dashboards

Tag Manager triggers. Custom GA4 event configurations. Looker Studio dashboards. AI accelerates the boring engineering so I can spend the time on the work that actually moves the numbers.

Guardrail: every script is tested in a sandbox before it touches your live property.

What stays human

The lines AI doesn't cross.

These aren't off-the-shelf rules. I spent twelve months writing the guardrails that govern what AI does in my workflow — schema patterns, heading structures, ad copy formulas, all tested against real Google results until they worked consistently. The rules below are what 18 years of doing this work, plus a year of stress-testing AI inside it, taught me.

01

Strategy is always mine.

AI doesn't decide what to focus on, what to pause, or what to invest in. It speeds up the analysis behind the decision. The decision itself stays human — because accountability isn't optional.

02

Your account data stays controlled.

No client credentials, no raw account exports, no sensitive figures go into public AI tools. Anything client-specific runs on enterprise platforms with the right privacy and data-handling agreements.

03

Nova reads. I act.

Nova does the analysis and the draft work. Every actual change — to your ad account, your website, your tracking — is made by me personally, using each platform's own tools. Not by a junior. Not by a contractor. Not by Nova itself. The hand on the lever stays human.

04

Your brand voice stays yours.

If AI helps draft copy, it gets rewritten until it sounds like you — not like an AI. We don't ship the kind of generic AI-flavoured content that quietly damages a brand over years.

05

Hallucinations are caught, not published.

Every fact, every number, every claim AI surfaces gets verified before it reaches a report, a page, or an ad. AI confidence isn't the same thing as AI accuracy — and you don't pay for guesses.

+

Five guardrails. One simple rule: the human signs off before you do.

What changes for you

More done. Same care.

In practical terms: deeper analysis in less time. More design iterations. More ad variants tested. More technical SEO caught before it costs you traffic.

The judgement on what to do about all of it stays mine. Nothing about your engagement is on autopilot. You don't pay for AI — you pay for the outcome it helps me deliver.

The tool stays invisible. The result doesn't.

AI in the workflow. Not at the wheel.
Common questions

The five things clients ask before saying yes.

01

So does the AI do my work?

No. I do your work. I read the data, make the calls, write what goes out and answer for the result. Nova is what I consult along the way — research pulled together in minutes, an idea tested before I spend a day on it, a check I would otherwise run by eye. I consult it; it doesn't consult me. What it buys is time, and the time goes back into your account: most work gets reworked about five times before it goes out because a sixth round costs money, and I don't count mine — I stop when I'm proud of it.

02

What AI tools specifically?

Gemini (Google) and Claude (Anthropic) — both frontier models from the companies that make them. Nova is the layer on top that decides when to use what, fenced by the guardrails I wrote. There are also a handful of utility tools for specific jobs: data analysis scripts, structured-data validators, internal tagging systems.

03

So is Nova your own AI model?

No — and I'd rather tell you than let you assume it. I didn't train a model, and I don't pretend to. Nova is everything wrapped around the models: the standards I wrote, the guardrails that decide what AI is allowed to touch, the workflows, the checks that catch a wrong number before it reaches you. The intelligence is Google's and Anthropic's. The judgement, the rules and the accountability are mine — and that layer is what took eighteen years to earn.

04

What happens to my account data?

It stays controlled. Your Google Ads, GA4, Search Console — none of it gets pasted into public AI tools. Anything client-specific runs on enterprise-grade platforms with the right privacy and data-handling agreements. The only AI that touches your account data is the layer I run, on the controlled tier.

05

Will AI write my ads — will they sound like me?

AI generates the variants — the dozens of headline and description options Performance Max and Responsive Search Ads need. I curate the shortlist that actually fits your brand and your offer, and rewrite anything that sounds AI-flavoured. By the time an ad runs, it sounds like you, not like a chatbot.

06

What if I just want a human, no AI?

That's fine — say so on the call and I'll run your work entirely by hand. You pay the same; the analysis just takes me longer. Most clients let me use AI for the boring engineering parts (data pulls, technical SEO checks, ad variant generation) because they want me spending those hours on strategy, not on spreadsheets.

07

Can I see something Nova produced?

Yes. Live landing pages ranking position 0 (the featured snippet) and position 1 on Google. Sites where Nova drafted the copy, shaped the SEO structure, and built the schema — every word reviewed and rewritten by me before it shipped, which is the only reason it reads like a person wrote it. On our first call I'll walk you through specific URLs and the search terms they own.

Let's talk

Same straight conversation. Smarter behind the scenes.

On the call I'll show you what AI catches in your account that humans miss — the patterns, the wasted spend, the underused tools. Then I'll show you what I'd actually do with that. No AI buzzwords. Just the work.
