Your data already knows the answer. I help you read it.
Most businesses have GA4 installed and no idea what it is telling them. I set up measurement that counts what matters, then turn the numbers into findings you can act on. In plain English, every month.
What you get
Measurement that counts what matters
GA4 events for the actions that make you money: enquiries, calls, WhatsApp taps, sales. Not the default junk metrics. If a lead channel is not counted, you are optimising blind.
Search Console, actually used
What Google shows you for, where you rank, which pages earn clicks and which never will. The single most under-used free tool in marketing.
Merchant Center health (for stores)
Feed quality, disapprovals, price accuracy. The plumbing that decides whether your products appear at all.
The monthly reading
A short, readable report: what moved, why it moved, and what to do about it. Findings, not dashboard exports.
A straight answer culture
If the data says something is not working, you hear it first, plainly, with the fix. Numbers do not spare feelings, and that is exactly why they are useful.
Three noisy streams, one readable signal: decisions come from your data, not guesswork.
How it works
The data check
Free, 30 minutes. I look at what your GA4 and Search Console are actually recording and tell you what is missing, broken or misleading.
The repair
Tracking fixed and verified. Every event tested before it counts. Bad data is worse than no data; it makes wrong decisions feel confident.
The monthly cycle
Each month: the reading, the findings, the actions. Over time the reports become the story of your business growth, written in numbers.
The same data discipline runs every account I manage: every claim in every report traces to a real number in a real tool. If I cannot source it, I do not say it.

01We have GA4 but nobody looks at it. Is that normal?
Extremely, and it usually means the setup records visits but not outcomes. Once the events measure enquiries and sales instead of page views, the reports suddenly become worth reading. That repair is where I start.
02Can you work with our existing agency’s tracking?
Yes. I audit what exists, document what I find and fix what you approve. You carry any conversation with your agency. I never contact another agency directly; the findings are written so you can hand them over.
03Is this a once-off or ongoing?
Both exist. A once-off setup-and-repair gets your measurement honest. The monthly reading keeps it honest and turns it into decisions. Most clients start with the repair and keep the reading.
04Do you use AI on our data?
For pattern-finding, yes, with hard guardrails: your account data runs on enterprise tools with proper data agreements and never gets pasted into public AI tools. The Nova AI page spells out the rules.
