How I work

The rules I work by. In writing, before you spend a rand.

This industry runs on mystery: locked accounts, unreadable reports, invisible work. The fix is not promises. It is structure. These are the structural rules every engagement here runs on.

01

Every change is logged.

Who, when, what, why, all dated and written down the day it happens. A year of quiet optimisation looks identical to a year of neglect unless there is a record. You get the record.

02

Reports answer the money question.

What did the budget do? Spend, leads, cost per lead, what changed and what happens next. Readable in five minutes. If a report needs a glossary, it is hiding something.

03

Every call is with me.

Not an account manager, not a junior with my name in the signature. The person you brief is the person who does the work and answers for it.

04

Bad news travels fastest.

If something is not working, you hear it from me first, with the numbers and the plan. A consultant who only brings good news is hiding the invoice for the bad news.

05

AI helps; humans decide.

My Nova system speeds up analysis and drafting under guardrails I wrote myself. Nothing it produces reaches you unverified, and no decision about your money is made by a machine.

06

Three months to prove it.

Google Ads starts as a three-month trial at a discounted rate, with no obligation at the end of it. It exists to answer one question (does this actually work for your business?) before anyone signs a longer retainer. If I cannot make it work in three months, I walk away.
