Fewer wasted clicks. More leads. Every change on the record.
Most ad accounts leak money on clicks that were never going to buy. I build and prune accounts on evidence: the search terms that convert stay funded, the waste gets cut, and every single change is logged so you can see exactly what your budget did.
Try before you buy: a three-month proof at a discounted rate, with no obligation. If I cannot make it work in three months, I walk away.
What you get
An account built for your market
Campaigns structured around how your buyers actually search. The negative-keyword wall goes up before the first rand is spent, so job-seekers, students and freebie-hunters never see your ads.
Waste cut, weekly
Search terms reviewed against your business, not a generic checklist. A term is only “waste” if it is waste for you. Cutting real demand to make a report look tidy costs you leads.
Ads written to sell, tested on data
Ad copy grounded in your landing pages and your proven converters. What stays live is decided by conversion evidence, never by taste.
Every lead channel counted
Forms, calls, emails and WhatsApp all measured, because an uncounted lead channel is one Google cannot optimise for. Most accounts I take over are blind to half their own leads.
Reporting that answers the only question that matters
What did the money do? Spend, leads, cost per lead, and the changes I made: dated, reasoned, readable.
The laser-cutting workshop, from /results: cost per lead R3,333 → R650, leads 24 → 101 in thirty days. Shown in full on a call.
Buying clicks is easy. The click is half the job.
Most wasted ad budget dies in one of two places: before the click, on searches that were never going to buy, or after it, on a page that doesn’t convince. Both halves get worked here.
Only the searches that buy.
Campaigns structured around how your buyers actually search, a negative-keyword wall that keeps job-seekers and freebie-hunters out, and weekly pruning on evidence. Every rand routed toward the searches with intent, and every change logged.
A page that finishes the sale.
The best account loses to a weak landing page. What the visitor sees, trusts and taps gets worked like the account does: clear message match with the ad, proof where doubt lives, one obvious next step, and every form, call and WhatsApp measured, so we optimise on what converts, not on taste.
How it works
The audit
Free, 30 minutes, read-only. I score the account across eleven areas and show you where the money is leaking, with the numbers, not adjectives.
Fix or build
Existing account: repair what leaks before spending more. No account: build one properly, measurement first, because launching on broken tracking burns budget invisibly.
Prune and feed
The ongoing loop: cut what does not convert, feed what does. Structure beats budget. One client got 8× the leads on unchanged spend.
The record
Every account touch logged: who, when, what, why. A year of quiet optimisation looks identical to neglect without a record, so I keep the record.
One account: 8× the monthly leads on the same budget for 24 months. Another: cost per lead cut from R3,333 to R650. Both documented, both verifiable on the call.

01Do I have to sign a long contract?
No. Google Ads starts with a three-month trial at a discounted rate, with no obligation at the end of it. The point is to establish whether ads genuinely work for your business before anyone commits to a longer retainer. If I cannot make it work in three months, I walk away.
02What makes you different from an agency?
You work with me, not an account manager reading my notes. Every call is with the person who actually does the work and answers for it, with every change to your account logged and the reason written down the day it happens.
03How much budget do I need?
Enough to buy meaningful data in your market. For most South African service businesses that starts around R6,000 to R10,000 a month in ad spend, plus the management fee. If your budget cannot buy enough clicks to learn from, I will tell you that on the audit call instead of taking the fee.
04Can you fix my existing account without starting over?
Usually, yes, and I prefer it. An account’s history is data you already paid for. I keep what converts, cut what leaks and never restructure a working account to satisfy a textbook.
05Do you follow Google’s recommendations?
I read them; I rarely apply them. Google’s automated recommendations are written to grow Google’s revenue, and some quietly break accounts. Part of my job is standing between your budget and those suggestions.
06Do you manage international campaigns?
Yes: active accounts in the UK and beyond. Different markets get separate campaigns with their own budgets and economics, never one blended pot.
